Hanger voted to pay for illegal immigrants

No matter how the Hanger camp spins it, the FACT is Sen. Hanger sponsored and voted twice to allow in-state tuition for illegal immigrants.

EMMETT HANGER ... VOTED ... TO ... ALLOW ... IN-STATE ... TUITION ... FOR ... ILLEGAL ... IMMIGRANTS.

SB 677 (2006) and SB 1204 (2007) were his bills, sponsored by Sen. Hanger, to give in-state tuition to illegal immigrants.

I received a campaign mailer from Sen. Hanger that said he was against in-state tuition for illegal immigrants.

Which is it? He says one thing in Richmond ... and something else in the Valley.
