An Easter prayer for our troops from Move America Forward

O Prince of Peace, we humbly ask Your protection for all our men
and women in military service. Give them unflinching courage to
defend with honor, dignity and devotion the rights of all who are
imperiled by injustice and evil. Guard our churches, our homes,
our schools, our hospitals, our factories, our buildings, and all
those within from harm and peril. Protect our land and its people
from enemies within and without. Grant an early peace with victory
founded upon justice. Instill in the hearts and minds of me and
women everywhere a firm purpose to live forever in peace and
good will towards all. Amen.
Today is Easter Sunday, a day to celebrate rebirth and purity. As families across the Nation will be coming together, so many tables will have an empty chair, as they will be missing a father, mother, son or daughter, some family member who is serving overseas. So many of our troops are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan right now, and they'll be missing their families and loved ones today. They're sacrificing today so that we can all have a better tomorrow, in a safe and free country that we all love so much.

This Easter, please think about our Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen, and Guardsmen. Pray for them. Do everything you can to help them get through this difficult mission before them.
