Kaine's HB 6026 resurrected in the House?

VA GOP Caucus is reporting:

The House Rules Committee has just resurrected the Governor's Transportation Bill (HB 6026) from the dead and now the bill is being sent to the House Floor for a full vote....

We will watch and see what happens....
