LOL. I've driven that bridge since I was a teenager and it has always looked like that. As a young adult I crossed it everyday heading to work in downtown Richmond from Bon Air.

Huguenot Bridge still looks the same as it did 10 years ago...in need of repairs.

Huguenot Bridge is one huge speed trap and I know from good experience!
