Tim Kaine: Not doing what's right for Virginians

"The only thing Tim Kaine did that was bipartisan was unite Democrats and Republicans in bipartisan opposition to his bad policies including:  his advocacy for a gas tax, his attempts to increase income taxes by $2 billion including on those making as little as $17,000, his $120 million in cuts to Northern Virginia schools, and his closing of rest stops while he sat on $1 billion in transportation dollars in VDOT.

"George Allen has a bipartisan record of success in cutting taxes on our hard working families and small businesses, reforming welfare, protecting and advocating for our defense and high tech industries, and keeping our college tuition under control as opposed to Tim Kaine allowing college tuition to increase by 30 percent.  We need George Allen to stop the Obama/Kaine defense cuts that would devastate our economy and cost up to 200,000 jobs and to stop the Obama/Kaine tax increases that will be the largest tax increase in Virginia's history  if we don't have George Allen's leadership in Washington."   -- Delegate Barbara Comstock
