Sunday Winter Wonderland in Shenandoah Valley

The latest winter storm in the Shenandoah Valley started around midnight as sleet mixed with snow, quickly covering the deck in a glistening wintry mix. By morning everything was covered in a blanket of white with heavy snow falling. Already we have 4" on the ground and the forecast calls for it to continue all day.

With a fire roaring in the woodstove, it's time to put on the chili pot, heat up the hot chocolate, and get ready for a day of sledding.

It's another winter wonderland in the Valley....
