He supports amendments to fix the worst parts of the 1986 Immigration law. He favors restrictions on immigration from Terrorist-producing countries. Bowden advocates a large, healthy LEGAL immigration of over a million persons a year – especially to re-unite families. Deport criminal illegal aliens first.
