President Bush: "I have a partner in peace"

"I have a partner in peace; somebody who has clear vision, basic values, who is willing to take tough positions to achieve peace."

-- President George W. Bush,
7 November 2007 (in a joint press conference with French President Nicolas Sarkozy at a press conference at Mt. Vernon, Virginia)

We're actually at WAR, not PEACE, I guess you and Bush forgot because you are both too cowardly to fight in Iraq yourselves and too irresponsible to pay for it. War = peace. Freedom = slavery. Ignorance = Strength.

Actually, it was Tolstoy that through war comes peace--no other way. I'm sure the slaves of the 1860s would disagree with your Freedom=slavery equation and believe it or not, most all Republicans actually hold many degrees, doctorates, and PhD's, so your equation of Ignorance=strength fails to live up to itself as well.

You continually say how evil Bush is and what he is doing wrong. I challenge you, dignan, to step up to the plate, and provide for us your solution for fixing the "problem" in Iraq. If you don't have one, then you have absolutely no room to contradict anything.
