Votes that killed "burden of proof" HB 570 expunged

HB 570 -- the "burden of proof" bill that removed the burden from taxpayers to assessors to prove a property's value -- the bill that saw Augusta County's Commissioner of Revenue testify against it even though a full-blown assessment battle has been brewing in the county the past year -- was defeated in the Senate Finance Committee. Now the Family Foundation reports the votes that killed the bill have been expunged. What gives?
