Our Easter cookout

We grilled out for Easter and everyone contributed to the meal. My sister made this yummy homemade coconut cake.

My homemade baked macaroni and cheese.

In the oven (because the grill was too full) ... corn on the cob and my brother-in-law's roasted veggies made up of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and onions.

Red peppers and onions were ready to be sauteed for the sausages and roasted chicken breasts.

Naan ... yum. This is a great grilling flatbread. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake until crisp. We baked it in the oven today because there was no room left on the grill.

When SWAC Husband is grilling, there's sure to be sausages.

My sister made these cute crepe paper carrots filled with candy and displayed them in a basket, an idea from Martha Stewart. There were goodies for all and plenty of leftovers to send home with everyone.
