Shenandoah Valley under red flag fire warning on Sunday
From Clayton at WVIR NBC29: "The Fire Weather Watch that was in effect has been upgraded to a Red Flag WARNING for Augusta, Culpeper, Greene, Madison, Page, and Rockingham Counties from Sunday Noon to 8 pm. The combination of wind gusts as high as 30 mph along with low humidity and low fuel moisture will create explosive fire growth potential. Keep in mind the Spring Burn Ban remains in effect until the end of April. The law prohibits burning before 4 pm if the fire is in, or within 300 feet of, woodland, brushland, or fields containing dry grass or other flammable materials."
