Begin Consideration of H.Con.Res. 96 - Establishing the budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2015 and setting forth appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2016 through 2024 (Structured Rule) (Sponsored by Rep. Paul Ryan / Budget Committee)

The rule provides for four hours of general debate with three hours controlled by the Budget Committee and one hour controlled by the Joint Economic Committee. Amendments will not be considered until Wednesday.
