"It passed"

To those Americans who said the nationalized health care bill would never pass ... who said Congress would never be that irresponsible with citizens and taxpayer money ... who felt it wasn't necessary to take action such as contacting their representatives or marching on Washington ...

... who felt it was more important to go shopping at the mall ... who felt others would take the time to contact senators and congressmen because they were too busy to do so ...

... who did not invest five minutes toward stopping the health care monstrosity ...

... I have two words for you: "IT PASSED."

To those who helped by contacting their reps, I have two words for you: "THANK YOU."

On November 3, I felt it was "morning in Virginia" ... a hopeful sign that our Commonwealth was going in the right direction with the overwhelming wins of Republicans Bob McDonnell, Bill Bolling, and Ken Cuccinelli.

Tonight I feel as if it's "sunset in America" ... Democrats and one Republican ramming an unwanted socialized health care bill down the throats of the very taxpayers who will be called upon to fund it even though they were not allowed to read the entire bill before the vote after Congress added new wording and more pages ... and mocked the very founding of this country.

Tonight socialism got a foot in the door. Nancy Pelosi has been empowered. Harry Reid is plotting how to do the same in the Senate. Barack Obama is looking at his legacy. Democrats are high-fiving and celebrating. Who will celebrate when we go bankrupt as a nation?
