Phone conference with Bob McDonnell & Ken Cuccinelli

I'm on a phone conference call with Gov.-elect Bob McDonnell and Attorney General-elect Ken Cucinelli with 3,000 people on the line. It is covering all subjects and they are taking questions from participants and answering them. The Jeffersoniad bloggers are "talking" to each other and I see Jane and Brian are on the call, too ... Mike is at church and Krystle forgot and was in the kitchen making chocolate truffles!

Questions are about charter schools, roads, jobs, transportation ... all the issues that were talked about during the election.

***Jane just got on the line to ask her question: "Are you going to recruit someone to run against Mark Warner and Jim Webb?"

Paraphrasing their response, they said when we run on principles with solid issues then we attract supporters and good candidates, and we must hold our federal officials responsible for their stands on issues. That is my paraphrasing what they said, in a nutshell.
