American shares drilling knowledge with Chile

Chile has been recovering miners all night who have been trapped underground the past 70 days. As the slow process continues, with 10 recovered early Wednesday morning, there's the thought that these men could have been trapped until Christmas, as Chile originally announced, if not for the expertise of an American driller named Jeff Hart from Colorado. Along with his team consisting of Matt Staffel, Doug Reeves, and Jorge Herrera, they were able to shave two months off the the original recovery expectations.

Americans once again share their talents to help the world. Read Michelle Malkin's Tuesday column in which she notes the American ingenuity that has helped save miners in Chile.
