Boston, MA – Mitt Romney today announced additions to his Virginia Steering Committee.

“My growing support in Virginia is a sign that my pro-growth vision for the country is breaking through,” said Mitt Romney. “Virginia has used conservative principles to make the state a leader in job growth and innovation. I plan to use these same principles to get our country’s economy back on track and restore America’s promise.”

“We have been working hard in Virginia for Mitt Romney and the additions to our leadership team will only help our efforts in the state,” said Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling. “I am confident that with Mitt’s bold vision and plan for our country and our team’s hard work, we can defeat President Obama in Virginia and across the country in November.”

“I welcome these fine Virginians to our growing team,” said Governor Bob McDonnell. “Like Mitt Romney and myself, they are results oriented conservatives who believe that lower taxes and less spending can create an environment for job-creation. With their help, we can defeat President Obama in November and put Mitt Romney, an experienced leader, in the White House.”
