We took a drive Monday to western Augusta County and the George Washington National Forest. I wanted to see the snowy winter woods and mountains before the warm-up this week, and wasn't disappointed. Beautiful at anytime of year, there's something special about the mountains and snow.
We made our way past a few barns, pastures, and houses along the way.
