Virginia's ABC stores may soon look like Sam's warehouse stores on a Saturday with free taste testings of the wares. A bill passed the General Assembly allowing ABC stores to offer wine tastings ... and maybe a splash of the latest flavor of vodka? It wasn't even close with a vote of 30-10. The bill now goes to Gov. Bob McDonnell for his approval.
