It's still winter in the Shenandoah Valley and, even though some days can be mild and a reminder that many are already looking for spring, snow and ice can still cause havoc while traveling. Wednesday's late afternoon snow that lasted into the evening caused a number of wrecks on the interstates and secondary roads. The
