Many folks in the Shenandoah Valley know Tara and Daryl Bowman who own a well-known farm in Shenandoah County, and their daughter Reagan, 6, and son Walker, 9. These good folks need your prayers.
Last week Reagan was involved in an accident on the farm and has spent the past week in Univerity of Virginia's pediatric Intensive Care Unit with a serious head injury. There has been an outpouring of well wishes from all over Virginia and beyond and, today, little Reagan needs your prayers even more. After enduring surgery to relieve the pressure on her brain, her little body is now fighting pneumonia.
A "Get Well Soon Reagan Bowman" Facebook page was set up by her Uncle Shannon and Aunt Christy so if you're so inclined, please add a get-well wish for her. And please keep Tara, Daryl, and Walker in your thoughts, too. They are salt-of-the-earth American patriots.
