Huge 8.9 mag quake hits Japan ... tsunami warnings issued for Pacific

I turned on Fox News at 5:30 this morning to find that a massive earthquake had hit Japan overnight, the largest earthquake to hit Japan in recorded history. With 32 confirmed dead, video images are showing a nuclear plant on fire, flooding, and extensive damage, and that death toll total is sure to rise.

A tsunami warning has been issued for the Pacific including Hawaii, the entire U.S. West Coast, Alaska, and South America with waves of three feet or less expected to hit Juno, San Francisco, Seattle, and Santa Monica. With widespread electrical outages throughout Japan, technicians are reportedly struggling to cool a nuclear plant reactor.

This news will be front and center today so stay tuned....
