Supreme Court nixes Cuccinelli's health care fast track

The Supreme Court has denied Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s petition to hear Virginia's lawsuit against the health care overhaul immediately. The order was released Monday without explanation

It was a long shot because, according to Politico, it's rare for the Supreme Court to hear a case before it has worked through the lower courts. The case is set to begin oral arguments on May 10 in the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
