The wind is swirling again today after a blustery Monday and overnight thunderstorms that woke me at 2:30 a.m. Gray skies keep spitting rain but no downpours so far this morning. A wind advisory was to expire at 10 a.m. but it's still gusting out there with trash cans and loose items flying. It's a blustery spring day in the Shenandoah Valley....
