Memorial Baptist benefit dinner for Deputy Sholes a big success

Dozens of volunteers including Augusta County deputies and hundreds of diners helped make Saturday's benefit spaghetti dinner at Memorial Baptist Church in Staunton a big success. It was the latest in a series of community fund raisers for the family of Deputy Joe Sholes who was seriously injured when his cruiser crashed while he was responding to an emergency call.

More details of the dinner can be found at WHSV TV-3.

Memorial Baptist member Frank Summers talks with those helping with the dinner.
