We didn't lose our electricity in the Shenandoah Valley's first ice storm of the 2013-14 winter season. I took these photos before the sun rose when the temperature was standing at 32-33 degrees so some melting was already taking place. The icy wonderland won't last long as temperatures rise throughout the day. It's winter in the Shenandoah Valley....
