ACLU smack-down by Supreme Court

Archimedes at the College Republican Federation of Virginia blog has the news of the ACLU smack-down by the Supreme Court with the dismissal of the ACLU's lawsuit:

The Supreme Court today rejected a claim by the ACLU that its case against the Bush Administration's terrorist surveillance program should proceed despite a total lack of evidence from the plaintiffs.
