While Yankee Phil was at the Waynesboro Republican Committee meeting Tuesday night, I attended the Staunton Republican Committee meeting which saw a large group of dedicated volunteers ready to work for their candidates in the 6th District. Plans were made and rules voted on for the upcoming Sixth District and State Conventions. Campaign representatives were there to talk about their candidates, and there were new faces ready to join the Committee. It will be an exciting election season as we head into November.
