President Bush hosts last T-Ball game at White House

Sports anchor Brian Kilmeade of Fox News Channel and country singing group Rascal Flats helped make the last T-Ball game of the Bush administration a success Sunday. With the Flats singing the National Anthem, and Fox News filming the event, it was a festive close to a tradition the President began when he first moved into the White House.

The Washington Post wrote:
For Sunday's matchup, the 20th and final game in the series, the president and first lady Laura Bush invited sons and daughters of active-duty members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard.

"We are really looking forward to seeing you all play," Bush told about 26 players, ranging in age from 5 to 8, "and giving us a chance to thank your moms and dads for their sacrifice and service."
The President, First Lady Laura Bush, and the President's children, Jenna and Barbara, were in the stands as well as Jenna's husband, Henry Hager.
