If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it

"Country Living in Virginia" ... found in Monday's Richmond Times Dispatch's business section in a real estate ad ... "Flowerdew Hundred" on the James River which was described as "one of Virginia's earliest settlements."

The description of this estate...
Flowerdew Hundred is one of Virginia's finest estates with over 1,000 acres along the James River. A private tree lined avenue leads to the home's dramatic setting. The recently built main residence contains approximately 14,000 square feet, walnut-paneled interiors, 8 fireplaces, 12 bedrooms, and 10 baths. Additional structures on the estate include the Grand Pavilion for gatherings, the summer kitchen, and numerous outbuildings and farm structures. For privacy, beauty, recreation and water frontage on the James River as well as along Flowerdew Hundred Creek. The principle boundaries of the estate are the James River and the 42000 James River National Wildlife Refuge. Extremely private.
Extremely private? I'll say!

If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it ... no price listed anyway. If interested, the real estate firm of Frank Hardy, Inc, out of Charlottesville can be reached.
