Party-poopers?
Matt Talhelm at NBC-29 reports that neighbors in the Keswick area outside Charlottesville have gone to the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors with complaints about noise levels for entertainment events at local vineyards. Are they rightfully concerned ... or are they party-poopers?
