Spring in the Shenandoah Valley is a great time to plan for the upcoming third annual Park to Park Half Marathon on April 30th. Participants will run from Waynesboro's Ridgeview Park 13.1 miles to Stuart Draft's Park in Augusta County. Waynesboro's Park and Recreation Department has organized this event for the third year, pulling in sponsors and making it the must-do running event for the area.
Racers will depart at 7:00 a.m. and race along the Shenandoah Valley in the shadow of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Check out the website for more information and to register.
