Pranks in the Virginia Executive Mansion
Hidden cell phones ringing in the middle of the night ... cardboard cutouts stashed in the shower ... such are the pranks pulled by outgoing Virginia governors on incoming governors, a tradition in transition process. So says reporter Reid Wilson in today's GovBeat in the Washington Post. What what prank will be cooked up by Governor Bob McDonnell in January....?
