A video surfaced of the young man being roughed up, handcuffed, and jailed. For what?
Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel said there was a constitutional right to freedom of expression that this man was denied.
"What I am afraid of is that there are some people who want to simply silence your views," he explained. "They talk about tolerance. They talk about, in fact, that they want to have everyone be tolerant toward one another, but in reality you find it's only a left-leaning liberal view that they're talking about."Careful what you wear ... careful what you say ... careful who you worship ... it's East Germany -- oops, no -- it's 2008 in America.
