The Nobel Peace Prize should be called the "Nobel Liberal Payoff Award" ... they lost credibility years ago and especially when they gave it to the addle-brained Jimmy Carter in 2002. Today's recipient ... ~yawn ~ ... the script was written months ago. No big surprise ... no story.
