I have heard a recurring theme over and over about John McCain, and it was repeated at the Virginia delegation breakfast this morning. Orson Swindle, USMC (Ret), was a Prisoner of War for over six years with John McCain. He pinpointed it again during his remarks as he addressed the delegation.
"His loyalty is unwavering for those he loves and trusts."
He said he didn't agree with McCain all the time, but he added that McCain has enormous character, and is someone who believes in standing up for what he believes in even if he is standing alone.
