9.12.09 march on Pennsylvania Avenue
With the Capitol in sight, marchers continued to chant and wave flags and signs.
SWACers -- conservatives from Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County, Virginia, in the Shenandoah Valley -- joined in the march to the Capitol.
There were probably as many "Don't Tread On Me" flags and American flags. Americans are not happy.


The overcast skies were a welcome relief and a blessing for a protest march and rally because September in DC can be bloody hot and humid. A breeze that was fairly stiff at times was perfect for the thousands of flags ... all waved in the breeze.Other posts:
