SWAC Niece spent a week in July at summer camp and we drove down to pick her up on a hot, muggy Saturday. Located on Lake Gaston on the North Carolina side, Camp Willow Run is an interdenominational Christian camp built around a unique railroad theme using actual boxcars that have been converted into heated and air-conditioned dormitories. An authentic 1911 steam engine and caboose complete the train.
SWAC Niece was in Boxcar 3 (pictured) overlooking the lake.

Docks, swim area, and volleyball court.
The Gazebo was on the way to the waterside ampitheater where campfires, singalongs, skits, and other Christian fellowship took place.
