$1 million contribution from Murdoch to Republican Governors Association

A $1 million contribution. That's what News Corp's owner Rupert Murdoch gave to the Republican Governors Association (RGA), according to Ben Smith at Politico. News Corp owns Fox News and the New York Post.

RGA responded:

News Corp. Spokesman Jack Horner emails, "News Corporation believes in the power of free markets, and the RGA’s pro-business agenda supports our priorities at this most critical time for our economy."

That's what you call putting a lot of eggs in one basket. I believe November is coming....
