Staunton City Councilwoman Andrea Oakes has been appointed to the State Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board by Governor Bob McDonnell.
Mrs. Oakes, who is married to Kenny Oakes and is mother of three, is an Insurance Claims Professional with the Cincinnati Insurance Company.
