Mallory Brooke, meteorologist for WHSV TV-3 in Harrisonburg, finished up her three-year stint Friday, saying goodbye on the air to her Daybreak family as well as the community. She is headed to the ABC affiliate WMTW in Portland, Maine.
Her Facebook page was full of best wishes from viewers who had appreciated her forecasts and Facebook updates throughout the years.
WHSV TV-3 was her first job as a meteorologist where she began on the weekends and moved to mornings. Her new job will be as the weekend meteorologist.
