How many radical Muslims are there?
Some lefty bloggers have questioned why conservative bloggers insist on pointing out the dangers of Islamic terrorism. They have attempted to shut down debate by calling us bigots, Islamophobics, and xenophobics.
By accusing and intimidating, they are promoting the "head in the sand" syndrome that is already prevalent in American society. They have been very vocal in their scorn of anyone trying to investigate and inform others about this very serious issue. They have questioned our facts citing there are 100 million radical Muslims worldwide.
Where did that number come from? Various sources estimate the Muslim population worldwide at 1.2 to 1.5 billion. Experts have said only 10% of that number represent the radical portion of Islam. If true, that would total 100 million Muslims ready to go to war and create chaos in the world.
100 million.
That's a staggering number to wage jihad against the world and America.
I would remind people that 9/11/01 was real. It was the worst attack ever on our homeland.
Radical Muslims want to kill us because they hate us. They hate us because we are infidels (unbelievers) ... we don't practice the same religion or lifestyle they do. For that they feel we must pay with our lives.
Now that's something to think about.
