American flags are in place at the entrance to the Harmans' neighborhood and at their house. Christmas decorations, left in place after the holidays, are lighted and ready for his return. Family, neighbors, and friends are gathering for a party to celebrate Herb's safe return from a year in Iraq with the 654th MP Company of the Army National Guard. It's time to welcome home one of our American heroes!
