Rain moves into Valley....

Storm clouds roll in over the Alleghany Mountains west of Staunton. We have had some good soaking rain and, hopefully, will have more.

Over the ridge behind the house the dark rain clouds hung heavy.

Lilacs are just beginning to bloom. Hopefully, the pounding rain won't knock off too many blossoms because their sweet fragrance outside the windows smells good inside the house.
