NV headlines: "It's a conservative landslide, and a conservative majority" in Waynesboro

Great night for Republicans in Waynesboro. Conservatives continue to gain ground as they have now taken the majority on City Council. The Waynesboro News Virginian reports:

With just absentee and provisional ballots left-to-be-counted, Bruce Allen, with 62 percent of the vote, won an overwhelming victory over Chris Graham and Greg Bruno. Graham received 26 percent while Bruno received 11 percent.

Frank Lucente and Tim Williams also won.
