Morning fog had not burned off in the mountains as I headed west from Augusta to the Homestead.
The Homestead's surroundings in summer are lush and green.
My drive around the area included checking out the ski area which is a beehive of activity in winter. The idle green slopes wait ... winter will return. Photos by SWAC Girl
