Lt. Governor and Mrs. Bill Bolling have been spotted in the hallway. Brooks and Dunn is being played on the PA system ... "Only in America" ... with the red, white, and blue.... It's 6:50 ... the polls close in 10 minutes.
Ben Marchi, Virginia director of Americans for Prosperity, was seen in the hallway but not spotted in the ballroom yet. The doors open at 7:00 to the general public ... this room will probably fill up fast.
