Snowy Shenandoah Valley

We drove the backroads of the Shenandoah Valley today as a wintry sky hung over the still-white landscape. It felt like snow and it certainly looked like snow.

It's been three weeks since the Dec. 18-19 snowstorm covered us in over two feet of snow, and subsequent cold temperatures have caused it to stick around, reminiscent of winters of the past. It is beautiful.

It's winter in the Shenandoah Valley....
