Huguenot Bridge repairs

I used to travel the Huguenot Bridge every day from Bon Air to my job in downtown Richmond. We're talking a long time ago and the bridge seemed to be constantly under repair back in those days. My friends used to joke about being able to see the James River through the potholes on the bridge deck.

After its latest inspection, trucks and other heavy vehicles over three tons have been banned for repairs that are expected to take up to three weeks, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. They've been talking about replacing that bridge for years....
