Tropical Storm Lee ... flash flood watches for Augusta County

As Tropical Storm Lee approches, local weather forecasters warn of possible flash flooding in the central Shenandoah Valley from up to half-a-foot of rain and national forecasters show its track toward New England. It's still dark outside but already the rain has begun in western Augusta County. Forecasts show 90% chance of rain today and tomorrow. Emergency responders are warning not to drive across flooded roadways: "Turn Around ... Don't Drown."
