Today’s Floor Schedule:
The House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business. The House will meet again at approximately 7:00 p.m. in a joint session with the Senate for the purpose of receiving an address from the President of the United States. First and last votes expected between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

·         Begin Consideration of H.R. 2218 - Empowering Parents through Quality Charter Schools Act (Sponsored by Rep. Duncan Hunter / Education and the Workforce Committee)

Today’s Committee Schedule:
The Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Energy and Power will meet at 10:30 a.m. for a hearing on “H.R. 2250, the EPA Regulatory Relief Act of 2011 and H.R. 2681, the Cement Sector Regulatory Relief Act of 2011"
